Install Grub4dos On Usb Rating: 3,6/5 7603 votes
Hi,
Here are some questions that I can't figure out having read the manuals.
- From 'http://grub4dos.sour..oot_code_to_MBR'
it says, 'grubinst.exe can be used in Linux, FreeBSD and Windows ..' .. 'Install GRUB for DOS boot code to the MBR of IDE channel 0, primary drive under Linux/FreeBSD':
However, I am not able to find such version of grubinst.exe that can be used in Linux, any one can help?
- If I use bootlace to place grub4dos to MBR of a USB, what other support files should be one USB as well? My USB contains 2 partitions, one in dos vfat format and one in Linux ext2 format. Where (which partition) should I put those support files?
Thanks
